Return or Exchange Policy for ONLINE PURCHASED MERCHANDISE ONLY
There is NO money refunds.
Merchandise on CLEARANCE has NO exchange or refund.

ONLY regular merchandise in the condition it was received is eligible for exchange.

Your order will normally be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 days.

Without any middle man – we exclusively have our own insurance for your products.

Lost Items:

We offer in home insurance which covers damage products.

If the package is lost in transit, we will conduct a refund or replacement process as soon as the currier has conducted investigation and deemed the package lost.

Stolen Items:

Delivered but missing package

At our discretion, La Raza Western Wear requires a police report when the customer’s package is marked as delivered.

Send La Raza Western Wear the police report PDF & number in the order issue.

Upon request, La Raza Western Wear can require additional documentation (e.g. proof of identity, address, etc.).

Note: Depending upon the jurisdiction, a false police report may be charged as a misdemeanor or a felony

**Order issues for packages marked “delivered” yet not received are considered by La Raza Western Wear as stolen and must be filed 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises.

Delivered to wrong address

If the customer input the correct address at checkout and the package was delivered to the wrong address, La Raza Western Wear considers this as stolen and we will NOT replace the order on behalf of the customer.

Note: When refunding an item, La Raza Western Wear covers the subtotal of the order.

$6.00 charge will be deducted from your refund for our re-stock fee.

The exchange MUST meet these criteria:

Merchandise must be claimed to be shipped back WITHIN 15 days OF RECEIVING.

Original labels must be together with the returned product.

Merchandise must be in exact quality as it was shipped.

Merchandise receiver is in charge of paying for the merchandise to be shipped back to the original location as stated in the address located on the shipping label.

All boots marked as SPECIAL ORDER are NOT ELIGIBLE for ANY returns or changing Boot size.
